Job Overview:

As a Nail Technician, you will play a central role in enhancing our clients’ confidence and style through exceptional nail care services. You’ll focus on producing precise, creative work and building strong relationships with our clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Perform nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel application, and acrylic nails.
• Create custom designs at clients’ requests, delivering detailed and creative nail art.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring tools and workstations meet health and safety regulations.
• Offer recommendations on nail care and best practices for maintaining healthy nails.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional customer service.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in nail care.
• Support front desk operations, such as scheduling appointments and assisting with product sales, when needed.

Qualifications:

• A valid Colorado license is required (mandatory).
• Experience as a Nail Technician in a salon setting is preferred, but motivated newcomers are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
• Strong customer service, communication, and creative skills.
• Availability to work weekends and in Aurora, CO.
• Ability to perform nail art and work with basic tools is essential; must bring personal tools.
